چکیده
This research proposes a correlation coefficient for detecting and evaluating defects in beams, which brings about positive outcome terms of accuracy efficiency. parameter surpasses other parameters, such as natural frequency damping coefficient, thanks to its sensitivity structural changes. Our results show that although the had more variation than value same experiment, changes were insufficient unstable at different levels defects. In addition, proposed has linear characteristic always significantly according increasing The outweigh values. Furthermore, this is sensitive measurement channels, could be an important factor locating beams. testing index statistically evaluated by normal distribution amplitude vibration signals. Changes shifts are basis beam Thus, suggested reliable alternative assessing structure.

Local Correlation and Entropy Maps as Tools for Detecting Defects in Industrial Images
The aim of this paper is to propose two methods of detecting defects in industrial products by an analysis of gray level images with low contrast between the defects and their background. An additional difficulty is the high nonuniformity of the background in different parts of the same image. The first method is based on correlating subimages with a nondefective reference subimage and searchin...
متن کاملInterpretation of correlation coefficients.
A recently published article by Ko et al1 illustrates a commonly encountered problem with the interpretation of correlation coefficients in medical research. The authors stated the correlation coefficient ranged from -0.002 to 0.15. If the P value was greater than 0.05, they interpreted the findings as indicating no correlation. Otherwise, there was weak correlation. The t value of the correlat...
